My name is Liz.
I am a breathwork facilitator for women looking to understand & connect with themselves more deeply.
I trust whatever brought you here.
Women come to work with me when they want some space. Space to feel their feelings, to be themselves and to be without judgment or expectation. This is why we are space breathwork - using breathwork to open up space for all parts of you.
Breathwork is a bottom-up healing modality, where your body heals itself. You even have the ability to even go to altered states of consciousness, heal and strengthen the nervous system… and begin to feel safe in your body.
Life presents us with challenges, and who is supporting you through that journey? You can of course work on yourself, by yourself. I am not needed, everything you need is already within you. However, if you’re here I’m guessing you feel pulled to more support and connection. To have someone hold space for you.
It’s about you connecting to who you are, what your truth is, aligning to it.
Tap into your truth so that you can show up authentically in your life. Begin to feel comfortable in your own skin, trust yourself, and find peace even amongst the ups and downs and everyday stressors of life.
The work is yours, I am merely a facilitator, here to support you.
