Meditatives are a great session for those looking to release stuck emotions, trauma, and connect with themselves on a deeper level where healing can occur. It is in one of these sessions that the greatest benefits of breathwork are found such as nervous system regulation, and increasing your ability to adapt and deal with whatever comes up in your life.
