Meet Liz
Have you ever felt so disconnected from yourself that you didn’t even believe you had emotions?
That was me.
I believed I was a robot, and unlike other people I had no emotions.
But I was really running from all the feelings I was experiencing, because not feeling was easier than trying to deal with all the things going on inside. It was easier to deny my own needs and be a people-pleaser with no idea what I wanted in life. I controlled my emotions through disordered eating and the constant urge to travel.
Then I began a journey of self-discovery, self-connection, healing, and growing.
It came from learning to hold space for myself. Breathwork taught me this skill, the ability to detach myself from my thoughts, judgements, stories emotions that overwhelmed me. Instead, I learnt to witness them and use them as feedback rather than truth. To observe with loving detachment so I could respond accordingly, rather than react immediately.
And you can learn to hold space for yourself too.
As a breathwork facilitator, coach, educator, writer, & podcaster I’m here to help you connect more deeply to yourself, figure out what YOU want and what feels good to your body. To help you hold space for all parts of yourself, even the ones you judge, deny or simply don’t like.
It is possible. And it is so worth it.
You don’t have to do it alone.
I’m here for you if you feel called,
Liz 💜
