HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH BREATHWORK?

Private sessions are a powerful way to do deep work as a 1:1 experience or you may want to begin a regular breathwork practice with my library of resources “The Breathing Space”.
PRIVATE BREATHWORK SESSIONS
For those who are curious to go deeper in their self-exploration and healing, 1:1 breath sessions are a powerful way to do so. Together, we collaborate on your journey. My role is to support you through the experience, creating a space for you to feel safe and release anything that comes up or needs to be moved through your bodies (emotional, physical, energetic..). We then explore the experience bringing you to a new awareness and state of being.
GROUP & CORPORATE BREATHWORK SESSIONS
These are custom designed around the intention of your group, the size of your group and any travel related costs.

Private Breathwork Session Packages
Bundle and save on private breathwork sessions
These sessions are custom tailored to you. Each session will include a personal mantra that matches the intention that serves you best (depending on the amount of time required to determine the intention and mantra, sessions may vary from 60-75 minutes). A booking link will be sent to you shortly after payment is processed.
What are sessions like?

CONNECTION & EXPECTATION
Every session starts with time for you to share currently coming up for you and if there’s a particular intention of theme that tat you want to work on. You may have chosen an intention in advance but we’ll reconnect at this time.
We'll also go over what to expect in your session — sensations, emotions, experiences — and make sure you're comfortable. I'll then offer you the breath pattern(s) and show you how to use them.

SETTLE IN & SAFETY
Grab a blanket, eye mask, essential oils, light some candles & bring whatever supportive materials you'd like. It's time to get comfy ensuring your camera is set up so I can see from the top of your head and torso. Silence any distractions, pop in your headphones and settle in.
Then lay down in a comfortable place - whether that’s in bed under the coves, on a yoga mat (maybe with a pillow under your knees for lower back support) or on a couch. Arrive in the space where you feel most at home. -
THE SOMATIC BREATH JOURNEY
It's time to land and drop in! We will find your body connection and begin the breathwork practice together. We always begin with a guided meditation as you reconnect with your body, your breathe and your intention. I’ll hold the space and stay connected to your intention as I cue you. There’s no knowing what will come up, but your body is leading the way and will decide what is safe for you.
Sessions can be energizing and vibrant or deeply relaxing and nourishing. This time gets to be all about what you need and all of you is welcome here.

INTEGRATION & REFLECTION
As our time comes to an end we'll release the breath pattern, and enjoy a some time in what I call “breathwork bliss” before coming back into the space. There may be time to journal or share anything that came up as you reflect and integrate.
After breathworh you may feel energized or tired, a lightness or sense of peace or perhaps energy that hasn’t settled yet. We’ll discuss post-care instructions, as well as next steps for additional sessions if desired.
