Breathwork to connect more deeply with the mind, body, emotions and spirit.
There are four levels of connection all of us share. During a breathwork journey we can move through one, two or even all of them. In this series we will start with the mental and awareness of our thoughts, then in subsequent weeks you will move into connecting with your body, your emotions and with practice even your spiritual self. In this series we will intentionally connect and deepen your self awareness and understanding of who you are.
In week one we will focus on connection with our conscious awareness (i.e. your connection to your mind)
In this session learn how to breathe to get out of your own head and beyond the repetitive, obsessive and often judgmental thoughts. We will intentionally breathe beyond the thoughts of the conscious mind and go deeper into yourself so you can release judgement and criticism and reconnect with yourself.
