Breathwork to connect more deeply with the mind, body, emotions and spirit.
There are four levels of connection all of us share. During a breathwork journey we can move through one, two or even all of them. In this series we will start with the mental and awareness of our thoughts, then in subsequent weeks you will move into connecting with your body, your emotions and with practice even your spiritual self. In this series we will intentionally connect and deepen your self awareness and understanding of who you are.
In week four we will focus on connection with our subsconscious (i.e. your connection to the spiritual or divine within you)
We are spiritual beings. Breathwork allows us to go beyond the conscious mind and into the subconscious. This sessions is designed to facilitate a deeper understanding of Self. Not the self of the mind/ego but of who you truly are beneath the outer layers of expectation and experiences.
