Breathwork to connect more deeply with the mind, body, emotions and spirit.

There are four levels of connection all of us share. During a breathwork journey we can move through one, two or even all of them. In this series we will start with the mental and awareness of our thoughts, then in subsequent weeks you will move into connecting with your body, your emotions and with practice even your spiritual self. In this series we will intentionally connect and deepen your self awareness and understanding of who you are.

In week three we will focus on connection with our emotional side (i.e. emotional awareness)

Once practicing holding space for the thoughts and sensations of the body (week 1&2), discover an awareness of your emotions. Feelings are feedback and this session will open the doors for you to explore what your feelings are telling you.
